Refund Policy

When a Nuxter purchase can be refunded, what a refund does to the license, and how to contact us about a purchase.

Last updated

1. Purchases are final once issued

You pay once for a Nuxter license. It is not a subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. We issue your license right after the payment goes through. From then on the purchase is final unless the law gives you a refund. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us.

2. The EU and UK right to withdraw

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Nuxter is digital content delivered as soon as you pay. At checkout you asked us to deliver your license right away and acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw once it is issued. Your confirmation email records that request.

3. What a full refund does

A full refund ends the license at once, and every seat loses its access to the repository. You must then stop using the kit, end products included, delete every copy and take no later versions of it, as section 8 of the Nuxter Commercial License says.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute the payment with your bank or card issuer, the license and its seats' access carry on while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in your favor, we email a notice to the address you bought with. The license ends 14 days after that notice unless you pay what you owe before then, and the seats keep their access until then. Contact us to settle it. If it ends, the same applies as after a full refund (section 3), as section 8 of the License says.

5. How to contact us

Questions about a purchase come to us by email. Write to us from the contact page. Use the address you paid with if you can, and include:

  • the license code shown under Order on the license's page in your dashboard, or your receipt from Stripe;
  • what is wrong with the purchase.

6. How the money comes back

A refund goes through Stripe to the payment method you paid with. Stripe says it usually shows as a credit 5 to 10 business days later, and your bank decides exactly when. A refund made soon after the payment may instead show as the original charge disappearing from your statement.
