How to create your app

What a license covers

  1. What a seat is

    A seat is one person with one GitHub account. Everyone who can read or change code that contains the kit needs one; CI, hosting and AI coding tools do not. Seats on licenses you hold add up.

  2. Client projects

    Build as many of your own products as you like. Each client project needs its own license, which you may buy in the client’s name, and its seat may go unused.

  3. Access and updates

    A license gives you the private GitHub repository nuxter-app/kit and every update. It never expires, and ends only as section 8 of the License says: after a breach, a full refund or an unpaid chargeback. Your app takes each update with pnpm template:update.

  4. Refunds

    A full refund ends the license, and your access to the repository ends with it.

  5. Requirements

    Node 22.19+, 24.11+ or 26+, and pnpm 11. A GitHub account for the repository, a Cloudflare account to deploy to Workers, and a Postgres database for Hyperdrive to reach.
