1. Who sells
Devilos LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"), sells Nuxter licenses at nuxter.app. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Write to us from the contact page.
2. What you buy
A license to use the Nuxter kit under the Nuxter Commercial License. You pay once. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews.
- An Individual license has one seat, a Team license five.
- A seat is one person with one GitHub account. Each seat's GitHub account can read the private GitHub repository that holds the kit, and every update we publish there, for as long as the license lasts.
- The license decides what you may do with the kit, who needs a seat, how client work and transfers work, and when it ends. Where these terms and the license disagree about how you may use the kit, the license wins.
The price is the one on the pricing page and at checkout, in US dollars.
3. Payment
Stripe takes the payment through Stripe Checkout. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. The receipt comes from Stripe. A coupon code works only at checkout and has no cash value.
4. Delivery
Once the payment goes through:
- We use the account that belongs to the email address you paid with, or make one for it. You sign in to it with a link sent to that address.
- We email you a confirmation that names your license, and the license text and the version of these terms you accepted.
- The licensee, the person or company the license is for, starts as the name you give at Stripe's checkout. You can correct it in your dashboard until the first seat is added, and the corrected name is the licensee.
- In your dashboard you add the GitHub accounts that hold the seats. GitHub emails each of them an invitation to the repository, and each can read it once they accept. An invitation that expires can be sent again from your dashboard.
5. Your right to withdraw
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Nuxter is digital content we deliver as soon as you pay. At checkout you asked us to deliver your license right away and acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw once it is issued. We issue it right after the payment goes through, and your confirmation email records your request.
6. Refunds
Once your license is issued, a purchase is final unless the law gives you a refund. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us.
A full refund ends the license at once, and every seat loses its access. You must then stop using the kit, end products included, and delete every copy, as section 8 of the license says.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute the payment with your bank or card issuer, your license and its seats' access carry on while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in your favor, we email a notice to the address you bought with. The license ends 14 days after that notice unless you pay what you owe before then, as section 8 of the license says. Your seats keep their access until then. Contact us to settle it.
8. Your account
Deleting your account does not end your license or its seats' access, but nobody can manage its seats after that. Contact us before you delete it if the license should move to another account.

10. Changes
We may change these terms for later purchases. Each version keeps its own page. Your purchase stays under the version you accepted at checkout, which your confirmation email names and links.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to the courts of Wyoming. Nothing in them takes away a consumer right you cannot give up.
